My phone's dead so I can't call anyone. Now I'm just staring at the wall, feeling pretty frustrated/upset/defeated.
Maybe I should try breaking a window. Just kidding! That would be crazy/illegal/a terrible idea.

I can't believe/recall/remember how this happened. One minute I had my house key securely in my pocket, and the next it was gone/missing/vanished. I searched/I looked everywhere/I scoured my bag, my car, even the floor/underneath things/that weird corner, but there's no sign of it. It's driving me nuts/This is incredibly frustrating/I'm seriously stressed out.

Dude, I am super wasted. I swear this day started out alright but somewhere between dinner and Netflix it all just fell apart. Now I'm sitting here, staring at my keys, which are inexplicably in the glove compartment. My brain is a mushy mess locked out of my jeep and I can barely focus on breathing. It's like I took a wrong turn somewhere.
